The practice needed a website that felt as safe and welcoming as their in-person environment, one that communicated their services clearly, built trust through transparency,
and made scheduling straightforward.

Each service is presented with clear information on meeting format, duration, cost, and tax so clients know exactly what to expect before scheduling. This transparency creates a stress-free booking experience, allowing clients to focus on what matters most: taking care of their well-being.

Transparency is central to RT Counselling's approach, and the website reflects that. Each therapy method is explained in depth, giving clients a clear understanding of what to expect. A comprehensive FAQ page provides supplementary information,
ensuring every common question is addressed, building trust and confidence in the practice before the first session.

A Design Built on Inclusivity and Care

Every design decision was guided by inclusivity and trauma-informed principles. We selected calming colours to promote a sense of peace, and chose fonts and spacing that are accessible to all visitors. The result is a digital environment that feels genuinely safe and welcoming, an extension of the supportive space RT Counselling provides in person.
